Shipping and payment conditions

A. Shipping costs and information:

The goods can only be shipped as standard to the countries listed below.
Shipping is carried out by our logistics partners DHL.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 16:30, Friday 09:00 - 15:00 CET (except on public holidays in Germany). The delivery time is usually 1 to 4 working days.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros. From a gross order value of 50 euros, we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside Germany:

We deliver to the following countries: Austria

The shipping costs for the other above-mentioned countries are a flat rate of 9.95 euros per order. From a gross order value of 90 euros, we ship free of charge.

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options:

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For PayPal Direct Debit and PayPal Credit Card payments, no PayPal account is required.
4. You will then be redirected back to www.zack.eu.

PayPal payment options:

• PayPal: Pay for your purchase using your PayPal account.
• PayPal (Credit Card): Pay using major credit cards such as VISA or Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal. No PayPal account is required.
• PayPal (Direct Debit): Pay by direct debit. Payments are processed via PayPal. No PayPal account is required.

Wero

With Wero, you pay directly and securely via your bank account. The payment is processed in real time via your banking app or online banking. Your bank must support Wero. A separate account with a payment provider is not required.

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “Wero” as your payment method.
2. You will be redirected to your banking app or bank interface for payment processing.
3. Confirm the payment in your banking app as usual.
4. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our shop.
